Allison Sweeney stars as Alex McPherson and Benjamin Ayres stars as Drew Goddard in the Chronicle Mysteries: The Deep End. Alex and Drew are following the trial of a woman who is being charged with the murder of her husband. As Alex follows the trial on her podcast, she becomes convinced that the woman is innocent and being railroaded into a guilty verdict. Can Alex find the real murderer in time to clear the woman’s name before the trial is over?

Three new Aurora Teagarden Mysteries (A Game Of Cat And Mouse, An Inheritance To Die For, and A Very Foul Play) recently aired on the Hallmark Movies and Mysteries channel Sunday night schedule. Cameron Candace Bure returns as librarian and true crime buff Aurora “Roe” Teagarden and Niall Matter, a Hallmark movie regular, portrays Professor Nick Miller, Aurora’s new love interest.

Hallmark Movies and Mysteries newest mystery offering is Picture Perfect Mysteries: Newly Wed and Dead starring real-life husband and wife, Alexa and Carlos PenaVega, Jr.. Alexa starred in the three-part series of movies, Spy Kids, Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams, and Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over as Carmen Cortez. She also has numerous television and other movie credits and has released songs on the soundtrack of the Spy Kids movies.

Hallmark Movies and Mysteries has just introduced three new Hailey Dean Mysteries. Death On Duty, A Prescription For Murder, and Killer Sentence stars Kellie Martin as a therapist and former district attorney lawyer Hailey Dean, Viv Leacock as Fincher Garland an investigator for the district attorney’s office, and Lauren Holly as the current district attorney and Hallie’s former mentor. Author Nancy Grace also makes a cameo appearance in each movie.

Hallmark’s newest mystery series is Crossword Mysteries: A Puzzle To Die For starring Lacey Chabert as Tess Harper and Brennan Elliott as NYPD Detective Logan O’Connor. Lacey is known for her work in television, movies and on Broadway and has appeared in seventeen Hallmark movies. Brennan Elliott is a Canadian actor who is best known for his role as Dr. Nick Biancavilla in Lifetime’s Strong Medicine.

Hallmark Movies and Mysteries newest mystery movie is More Bitter Than Death, an Emma Fielding mystery based on the books by Dana Cameron. Emma is played by Courtney Thorne-Smith, known for her roles on Melrose Place, Ally McBeal, According To Jim, and Two and a Half Men.
