Lorie Lewis Ham is our Editor-in-Chief and a contributor to various sections, coupling her journalism experience with her connection to the literary and entertainment worlds. She lives in Reedley, California and has been writing ever since she was a child. Her first song and poem were published when she was 13, and she has gone on to publish many articles, short stories, and poems throughout the years, as well as write for a local newspaper, and publish 7 mystery novels. Lorie has been married to Larry since 1990 and they have 2 grown children—Jayce and Joseph, and one grandchild Joel. She currently has 5 cats (Merlin, Sam, Dean, Sidney, and Willow), 5 dogs (Lestat, Huey, Xander, Tanner, and Phoebe), a pet dwarf rabbit (Sherlock), and 2 pet rats named Todoroki and Mookie.
