The French program at Reedley High School presents students with the opportunity to learn a new language that is spoken by over 76.8 million native speakers worldwide. Although it is only Mireille Garza’s second year as a teacher at RHS, she has quickly become an excellent and well-known educator in the community.

Amber Hunt is the only French teacher at Reedley High School. She is amazing at staying cool even though she has a full schedule. If you go into her room during lunch, there will generally be a big group of kids visiting her. She’s not only a great teacher but a great person.

Gail Hutchinson began teaching at Reedley High School (RHS) in January of 1971 and has been there ever since, teaching four levels of both German and French. Though she and her husband, David, who also taught at RHS for 27 years, officially retired in 2009, Gail continues to teach some there this year.
