Kings River Winery Director of Operations and Events, Ashley Green, shared insights into what makes this year’s bash stand out from previous ones. “We’ve been doing this event since 2019! We wanted to offer a public event for adults to enjoy during the Halloween season. Our attendees are able to enjoy a night of great music, dancing, and spending time with friends,” she said. This year, the winery is pulling out all the stops to ensure a spooky yet unforgettable evening for its guests.

What’s New in 2024?
For those who’ve attended in the past, this year’s Halloween Bash promises some exciting additions. The most talked-about feature is the mobile cigar lounge, provided by Blowin’ Smoke. This new element adds a sophisticated touch to the festivities, allowing guests to unwind with a premium cigar while enjoying the night’s entertainment.

“We’ve also increased the capacity to accommodate more people coming out to enjoy the party!” said Ashley, highlighting the growing popularity of the event. Despite this, tickets sold out quickly, reflecting how beloved the Halloween Bash has become.

Entertainment & Activities
At the heart of the Halloween Bash is live music from the talented Marie Wilson Band, a group known for performing hits from across the decades. From classic rock to modern pop, their setlist ensures there’s something for everyone to enjoy. The band will be performing from 7-10 p.m., providing the perfect soundtrack for an evening of dancing and celebration.

Hungry? No problem. Local food trucks will be stationed at the winery, offering a variety of delicious options to satisfy any cravings. Guests can also capture the moment at the Photogenic Photo Booth, ensuring they leave with a fun keepsake from the night. Whether it’s for a quick snapshot with friends or a spooky solo pic, the photo booth is sure to be a hit.

Spooky Sangria & Halloween Vibes
What’s a Halloween party without some themed drinks? Kings River Winery is bringing its Halloween spirit to the bar with a special spooky wine-based sangria. This signature drink is sure to be a crowd-pleaser, adding a festive twist to the winery’s already popular offerings.

Costumes are encouraged, though not required, and every year attendees showcase a wide variety of creative and spooky outfits. “Costumes range from simple to over the top!” Ashley shared. While there won’t be an official costume contest, the fun of dressing up and seeing others’ creative choices is a huge part of the evening’s charm.
