Gina Gomez, who bought into the franchise in October 2021, discovered Teaspoon during a visit to San Ramon. The distinctive gold spoon against a brick stone backdrop caught her eye, drawing her into an experience that would soon become a business venture. Her first sip of the Flamingo, a concoction of watermelon and passion fruit, left an unforgettable mark. It was the perfect blend of sweetness and freshness, sparking a desire for more.

The decision to invest in Teaspoon wasn’t just about the drinks; it was about the vibe and the escape from the stress of her previous endeavors in accounting and tax preparation. After a rigorous training period covering everything from in-house preparation to business management, Gina opened the Visalia location, bringing the unique Teaspoon experience to the Central Valley.

The commitment to quality is evident in the made-from-scratch bases, freshly prepared teas multiple times a day, and the absence of canned ingredients.
