Diana Flowers holds a masters degree and worked as a chemist for a London-based pharmaceutical company, but on her search for happiness, she decides to transfer to another lab nearer to Merryfield, the small rural village in which she grew up. Her mother is best one you visit rather than cohabitate, so renting a flat was the better option…a bonus for residents was renting for a reduced fee an allotment in the local village garden, but her plot needed major work.
