Dinner With Dan had its closing performance this last Sunday at Rogue Festival–which is sad for anyone who didn’t get to see it. This is another production from Jump Right In Productions and is another original piece, (see our review of If I Could Tell Me in our Rogue Reviews post). Dinner With Dan was written and directed by another Jump Right In member, R. S. Scott.

This full-length play feels like watching a romantic comedy and centers around video game inventor and geek Dan who is trying desperately to find love and basically stumbles into a relationship with a famous actress–missing for much of the show the perfect love right in front of him. This is a cute fun and funny show.

Jump Right In will be taking Dinner With Dan to the San Francisco Fringe Festival with a new cast in September so if you live in the San Francisco area be watching for this show! They are holding invite only auditions. If interested, email them at JumpRightInFresno@gmail[dot]com
