Squishy is a five-year-old black and white American Staffy/American Bull Dog mix. Squishy came to the Valley Animal Center the first time a few years ago from Valley Oak SPCA when he was a couple years old. He was adopted once for about six months and then returned to us again after being surrendered by his adopters to the CCSPCA. He has been back with us for a little over a year now and is patiently waiting for another chance at a forever home.
Squishy would make a great family dog; he just needs to find the right home. For starters, he is not a fan of other animals and wants to make sure he gets all the love and attention from his humans. He is great with all people, loves kids, and is very high energy. He needs a family that will walk him and give him lots of exercise every day.
Squishy has been a volunteer and staff favorite both times he has been in our shelter. He walks easily on a leash and is extremely food motivated which helps with his training. He absolutely loves to play in water and is an Olympic jumper. He is the perfect mix of relaxing couch potato and fun energetic companion all in one dog.
If you would like more information about Squishy or any of our adoptable animals, please call or visit the Valley Animal Center. Our cat and dog adoption centers are open seven days a week from 10 a.m.to 4:30 p.m.! All of our animals have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccinations, and are micro-chipped as well!
You can also support Squishy and all the cats and dogs Valley Animal Center cares for by attending any of our upcoming events.
