Performers all over the world have been doing things to help others during this pandemic, including providing free entertainment for those stuck at home, and doing fundraisers for various charities. Local performer, Kailyn Sanders, who is only 12 years old, started doing video fundraisers of her own to help make a difference. Kailyn has been performing for eight years now, both in local shows with Good Company Players and Shine! Theatre, and she was in a National Tour of A Christmas Story, the Musical.

As Kings River Life continues to follow the Visalia Community Players production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee musical, for week seven we are talking with stage manager Elicia Russell about her job with the show and also about lights and sound, and one more cast interview with Cristian Duran. Opening night keeps inching closer but we still have more great interviews coming your way including more cast & touching base again with the directors. We might even get a sneak peek at the goings on backstage during dress rehearsal! Keep coming back each Sunday morning until the show opens August 17 & one final post on August 19!
