Well, if you do, Feral Paws Rescue has the most delicious Cookie for you! This special Cookie is only six months old and so full of love he will melt your heart. Cookie has the most exquisite markings: a tan body with dark brown and white on his face and head, brown tail and white paws. He also has beautiful blue eyes you will find irresistible.

Now, Cookie also has something else which makes him very special. In fact, it makes him a “special needs cat,” and he is not allowed outside. He has a birth defect (which was determined by veterinarian examination) in which his front legs are slightly bowed. But, because of that, he has the cutest little walk: he looks like a little waddling teddy bear! His disability doesn’t hinder him from playing with his toys on the floor or keep him from playing with the other cats inside the house. Cookie especially likes the soft toys filled with catnip and a little battery-operated mouse that he chases around the room. He also loves the laser pointer and a long, plastic, snake-shaped toy with a ball inside it that he bats from one end to the other.

Thankfully, there are other youngsters in the same room as he is, so he has several playmates. Cookie doesn’t let the fact that he can’t move as quickly as other kitties get him down, but that is why he must remain indoors, as he couldn’t run away from danger or climb a tree. Cookie also loves to be with humans when they eat; he will look at them with Those Eyes and ask “may I have some?” even though he’s already eaten his cat food. He just thrives on companionship, and wants to be held and cuddled!feral paws

Because he is a special needs kitty he wasn’t placed in the Adoptable Area of the CCSPCA. Feral Paws Rescue received a call to rescue him. It was love at first sight and Feral Paws Rescue knew this precious life had to be saved. Feral Paws Rescue believes Cookie is very special. He shows lots of love toward humans, and gets along well with other animals including the resident dog at the Rescue. He will steal your heart from the first moment you meet him! He is the sweetest Cookie ever!
