Joe Ide is an American crime fiction writer who uses his home base of South-Central Los Angeles as a setting for his crime novels. He has a graduate degree and had several careers before writing his debut novel, IQ, inspired by his early experiences and love of Sherlock Holmes. Michael Brandman is an acclaimed motion picture and TV producer, screenwriter, and New York Times best-selling author. His novels, KILLING THE BLUES, FOOL ME TWICE, and DAMNED IF YOU DO, based on characters created by the late Robert B. Parker in his Jesse Stone books, are all N.Y Times best sellers. He co-writes with Tom Selleck and also produces the Jesse Stone TV movies and is currently in production with the 10th TV movie in the series. Brandman currently writes the Buddy Steel mysteries (WILD CARD).

?Edgar & Emmy-nominated screenwriter, novelist and playwright,Tom Sawyer, was Showrunner/Head Writer of the classic TV series, MURDER, SHE WROTE, for which he wrote 24 episodes. He has been the Showrunner/Writer/ Producer on 15 series, and has sold/written numerous TV movies and series pilots.
