Kathi Daley first published her now four-book Tess and Tilly Cozy Mystery in 2017 introducing Tess Thomas, postal carrier and amateur sleuth in White Eagle, Montana. She makes her rounds with golden retriever Tilly delivering cards, letters, packages, and polite, sometimes gossipy, conversation.
