The Great Food Search has featured salads before (in 2014 and 2019), and some of the restaurants I’ll talk about this year are ones I’ve mentioned in earlier articles, but they aren’t the same salads, so…Let’s Eat!
After stuffing myself with ice cream in June, I turned the Great Food Search toward a more healthy highway of food—salads. Some people look down on salads as that green stuff they have to chomp through before they can really eat something, but the dishes I am about to introduce to you are more than a mouthful—this is FOOD!
As the Valley moves from what it calls winter to the weather the rest of the nation considers flash frying, lighter food is recommended. Salads are a good alternative, but, being Americans, we have to “go big.” For this Great Food Search, I bring you...Salads on Parade!
