Christmas Legends On Stage at the Reedley Opera House

by Terrance McArthur

Looking for that warm, cozy, Christmas-y feeling on a cold, dark night? Head for the historic Redley Opera House and the River City Theatre Company’s Christmas Legends, playing through December 18.
This show is different than earlier Legends shows in Reedley, where performers paid tribute to musical artists by emulating the styles and singing classic hits. Many of those events have found creative ways to happen virtually, providing mostly free entertainment for those of us stuck in our homes. Community theatre has been hit particularly hard, canceling their shows has not only been disappointing for everyone, but they also don’t have those ticket sales coming in to help pay the bills.
