Finding Neverland is coming to Fresno next week and will be performing at the Saroyan Theatre on January 14 and 15. We got the chance to chat recently with one of the actors from the show, Josephine Florence Cooper, who plays Sylvia Llewelyn Davies.
J.M. Barrie’s Peter Pan is the definitive western icon of unending childhood and his home in Neverland; the archetype for all fantasy lands. Peter and the Starcatcher made its Fresno debut last weekend, presented by StageWorks Fresno at the Fresno Art Museum in the Bonner auditorium. I did not realize that it was based on a novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson--had I known that, I would have realized what a crazy and fun ride it would be!
