Immanuel High School Worship Band

Before 2002, a single teacher led musical worship on an acoustic guitar for chapel services. Jeff March was chaplain at the time, and decided that the worship experience needed more. He gathered his teaching-assistant students into a group that would become the first worship band.

Immanuel School’s Choral Music Department

Immanuel School's Choral Music Department is a great program in which to be involved. The choir program, directed by Mr. Rick Robbins, has proved to be highly successful throughout the years. There are five choirs at Immanuel. There is a Junior High choir, a Men's choir, a Women's choir, a Concert choir, and the international award winning Chamber Singers. A student has the opportunity to sing with several of these choirs during their Immanuel experience.

Immanuel High School Seniors Say Goodbye

This year has been a whirlwind for the seniors at Immanuel High School. Words are unable to express how quick it has gone by and how remarkable these four years have been. At the beginning of the year we were focused on homecoming week and football games. Now all our attention has been focused on the junior/senior banquet, grad day, the academic awards, the drama production, college visits, AP tests, baccalaureate, sober grad, and graduation.

Joann Brandt Teaches From the Heart At Immanuel High School

As individuals age, learning a second language can be challenging. At Immanuel High School, students have come to realize that learning Spanish can be enjoyable. Previously known as a teacher’s aide at Alta elementary school, Mrs. Brandt, the Spanish teacher on campus, is now spending her twenty-second year teaching at Immanuel High School. When asked what inspired this Immanuel graduate to pursue a teaching career she responded with, “The teachers whom I worked with encouraged me to return to college and get my teaching credential.

Immanuel Performs Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat

At Immanuel High School in Reedley, “the play’s the thing,” as William Shakespeare said. Students are dedicated to making the drama and musical shows the best possible experience for families and the community. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat comes to the Immanuel stage and is a musical that will keep children engaged, but will also give new insight on the story of Joseph from the Bible.

Immanuel Football 2013 Season

This year of Immanuel Football has kicked off to a great start. With the addition of some new faces, the Eagles squad is set to do better than ever. After the 2012 season finished the Eagles offense knew they would have to replace the star power that Sam Isaak brought to the running back position, while also filling some key spots on the line. Their entire offense needed to be shaped once again by the incoming talent the Eagles had coming into the year.
