Great Food Search: Ham and/or Eggs for Easter?

Spring is here, and so is Easter. What foods could I feature for The Great Food Search? I thought about it, and the first thing that came to mind was an Easter Ham. The second thing I thought of was the Easter Egg. Then in a flash of insight, BAM! Sandwiches! There are sandwiches with ham, and there are sandwiches with egg. Of course, the path to figuring out the theme of this GFS was a bit more torturous than that, but “On with the Show!”

I missed Carrow’s. It was at 2100 Clovis Avenue, just south of Shaw, sort of an upper-scale Denny’s, but it closed. I was sad, but I’m not anymore. The old Carrow’s is now a new Huckleberry’s! For convenience, it’s across the parking lot from the new Costco building, so you can eat before you go to buy 100 rolls of toilet paper.
