Recently we had the opportunity to interview local performer, director, and Fresno State Professor Thomas-Whit Ellis. He is currently, Professor of Theatre and Department Chair of Africana Studies at FSU.
Fresno State University Theatre is offering a lovely show to enjoy for the holiday season, Miss Bennet: Christmas At Pemberley. Having enjoyed several variations of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, I looked forward to this new play and I was not disappointed. It was written by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon.
I have to admit that up until this weekend I had never seen a Sam Shepard play, but I had heard a lot of great things about them. So when I saw that Fresno State was performing the Sam Shepard play A Particle of Dread, I was eager to see it.
