Foul Play at the Fair is the first installment in author Shelley Freydont's Celebration Bay Mystery series and introduces readers to Liv Montgomery, a former Manhattan event planner burnt out on demanding brides and sweet sixteeners who has been hired by the small Upstate New York town of Celebration Bay to organize promotional tourist events.
