Heaven did let its light shine down on a rockin’ crowd at Tachi Palace Hotel & Casino on September 6. Everybody in the attendance was all aboard on The Rock & Roll Express Tour as Lemoore was the destination for the 90s-rock radio staple, Collective Soul, and the patriotic multi-platinum sellers, 3 Doors Down, to steamroll through.
