Lion King Jr. Presented by Children’s Musical Theaterworks

by Destiney Warren

Everyone loves Lion King. I mean it has everything: romance, adventure, plots against kings, and even a little family drama, all while being a cute Disney movie the whole family can enjoy. Children’s Musical Theaterworks takes Disney’s Lion King Jr and presents a musical that everyone can enjoy as well—whether you have a kid in the cast or not. My boyfriend and I didn’t know anyone in the show, and we still had a great night.

Jekyll & Hyde Presented by CMT

by Lorie Lewis Ham

I never stop being amazed by the level of talent that this Valley has to offer and I hope I never will. However, until seeing Spring Awakening presented by CMT (Children's Musical Theaterworks) in Fresno this summer I had never seen a CMT show. After seeing Jekyll & Hyde this weekend, I have now been blown away twice in a row and have to say why did I wait so long to discover them?
