Proper City, Nevada was a town without a real identity, so perhaps that is what led to it becoming renowned for the residents who don costumes to herald every holiday and celebration. Although Margo Tamblyn always loved working in her father’s costume shop, he was the one who encouraged her to leave and explore new opportunities outside of Proper City.
