In a world that often feels rushed and noisy, Supri offers something refreshingly different: a beautiful pause. This new coffee, boba, and dessert café in Fresno is more than just a trendy spot for drinks—it’s a space built on heart, family, and community connection.

Supri was founded by Nishi and Gautham, whose journey to entrepreneurship began far from the coffee world. Both were software engineers living a stable but unfulfilling routine when they felt called to seek something more. They relocated their family to California during the quiet uncertainty of COVID, settling in Clovis for its strong sense of community and great schools. During that still season, their daily coffee rituals became a grounding force—moments of reflection, hope, and reconnection. Out of those simple pauses, Supri was born.

Launching the café was anything but easy. After waiting nearly two years for their building to be completed and another two years for tenant improvements, the family began their journey with a humble test kitchen in a trailer—despite having no prior food industry experience. They built their menu from scratch through countless trials, all while paying rent for a space they couldn’t yet open. The challenges were overwhelming, but the entire family pushed forward emotionally, financially, and creatively to bring their dream to life.

They also serve breakfast like hand made crepes – both savory & sweet

Today, Supri has blossomed into a “luxury café” experience that locals can’t get enough of. The menu is carefully crafted to shine at every time of day. Mornings belong to coffee lovers, featuring Portland-roasted beans and Supri’s wildly popular cream tops in flavors like Pistachio Affair, Cloud 9, and Choco Loco. Afternoons and evenings bring an energetic boba crowd with favorites like Strawberry Swag, Tiger Brown Sugar, and Mango Tango. Evenings are made sweeter with handmade tiramisu and indulgent crepes like Dubai Chocolate and Little Italy.

Seasonality plays a huge role in Supri’s creativity. From fall-inspired pumpkin cream tops to winter favorites like Nutcracker Noel and Chai Nog Cheer, the menu evolves with the calendar. New items are inspired by emotion, global culture, and, most importantly, customer reactions. If it doesn’t make someone smile instantly, it simply doesn’t make the cut.

The atmosphere is just as thoughtfully designed as the menu. Supri feels like a second home—a place where teens study, friends gather, and families unwind. Rated #1 in the Central Valley by Yelp for “Famous Study Spots,” the café stays cozy during the weekdays and buzzes with life on weekends. Every design detail, from the calming colors to cup names like “Joy” and “Bliss,” is meant to make guests feel seen and welcomed.

Deeply rooted in the Fresno community, Supri partners with local schools for fundraisers, caters community events, hires local talent, and uses local suppliers whenever possible. It’s not just a business, it’s part of the neighborhood’s heartbeat.

Perhaps the most powerful testament to Supri’s impact comes from its guests. Families celebrate birthdays here. Kids bring drawings of their favorite drinks. Strangers offer hugs in gratitude. One mom shared that Supri is the only place her daughter truly opens up to her. For Nishi and Gautham, moments like these affirm their original mission: Supri exists not just for drinks, but for connection.

If you’re looking for a place to slow down, savor something special, and feel part of the community, Supri just might be the pause you’ve been needing.
