Voldemort is a five-month-old black and white male domestic short hair kitten. This adorable guy got his name due to his cleft palate which makes him resemble the popular Harry Potter character of the same name.

Voldemort

Voldemort was brought to us at the Valley Animal Center after he was rescued by a Good Samaritan. A woman who had witnessed Voldemort being attacked and abused on the street stopped to save him and brought him into our Cat Adoption Center.

Understandably, Voldemort was untrusting of new people and frightened around our staff when he first arrived. But through extra socialization and the compassionate care of our staff, he learned to trust people again. Now he loves to be held, loves to cuddle, and begs to be picked up as soon as somebody enters his room. vac

Voldemort would be great for any type of home. He gets along well with other cats and all the shelter dogs that he’s been around. He’s great with children, adults, would make the perfect lap cat, and would do well in a home with or without other pets.

Though he does have a cleft palate, it is not causing him any health problems or problems eating or drinking. He is a very healthy kitty and his unique feature simply makes him all the more adorable.vac

Like all of our adoptable animals, Voldemort has already been neutered, is up-to-date on his vaccinations, and is micro-chipped. If you would like more information about any of our adoptable animals, please call or visit Valley Animal Center. Our cat and dog adoption centers are open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.!
