Art in the AlleyDuring spring, the Arts Council of Tulare County presents Art in the Alley, an open-air art fair, coinciding with Downtown Visalia’s Farmers’ Market. While the market runs every week, Art in the Alley joins the event on the third week of the month during the months of April through June. Artists’ stands will wind from Garden Street Plaza down the alley to the market on Church near Main Street. Admission is free and there are free samples, free live music and a free Kids’ Art Land.

Don’t miss the final showing of the season; this month, Thursday, June 17, from 5:00-8:00pm at the Garden Street Plaza.

The Arts Council of Tulare County was founded in 1979 as the Tulare County Regional Arts Council; its responsibility is to increase the amount and quality of local art activities and to increase public awareness and participation in such activities.
