Hi I’m Stanley. Yes, I only have one eye and I sometimes only use three of my legs, but I’m still the cutest six- pound min-pin mix little guy you’ll probably ever meet. So here’s my story, but before I start I want to warn you it’s a little sad, but don’t cry because as you can see I’m really good now. This is how it started.

I’m about two years old and I used to roam the streets with my mom and sister. Every day we would wait for this kind man to feed us at his mechanic shop, then we would roam. We always went back in the morning to eat. I really don’t remember details but I just remember my mom and sister were suddenly gone and my head and eye hurt so bad. All I knew is that I had to make it to the kind man for my breakfast. When I got there he wasn’t at work yet so I sat on his front doorstep and waited.

I was so happy when I saw him walking up but he started crying and asking what happened to me? He picked me up and we went for a drive, and next thing I really remember is I woke up and I could only see out of my left eye. I had this huge cone on my head and I was with this really nice group of people.

Sadly, I don’t know what happened to my mom or sister. The nice man says he still leaves breakfast out for them just in case they come back. And me—well, now I’m with this really nice lady named Mell. I have lots of other dogs and puppies to play with all day long, and then I have this nice, soft bed to sleep in at night. Life is really good and the only thing that’s missing is a family of my very own. I’m a little nervous when I meet new people but if you are nice I can sniff it out and will sit in your lap forever and ever! Oh but make sure you have lots of toys because I LOVE TOYS! Mell says I’m the cutest thing when I run around the house carrying toys that are twice my size! So, I told you it was a little sad, but like I said I’m healthy and happy and will be looking forward to meeting you!
