January has been a sad month for video games. Three major games have been delayed, and there have been very few game releases.
Cyberpunk 2077, which was supposed to release in April, has now been delayed to September. Avengers, which was supposed to release in April, has now been delayed to September. Final Fantasy 7, which was supposed to release in March, has now been delayed to April.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was released on January 17 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is set in the universe of the popular anime Dragon Ball Z and is an open world role playing game. Critics unfortunately claim that the game is not good at all, even though some of the collectables are fun to collect. Huge fans of the anime seem to like the game, but no one outside the fandom seems to be enjoying it.
Moons of Madness was supposed to release on the PS4 and Xbox One on January 21 but has since been delayed to March 2020. The initial release of the game was October 2019 for PC. The game is a first-person cosmic horror game featuring an exploration of mars. Space horror is especially creepy due to the dark and dangerous spaces and the limited possibilities of scary creatures that lurk in space. 
Journey to the Savage Planet releases on January 28 for Xbox One and PC. The game is a first-person co-op game where you are dropped onto an unknown planet and have to explore to see if it is inhabitable. Fans of space co-op games are excited for this game to release. 
Although this month has been quite disappointing when it comes to games because of delays and a small amount of releases, the coming months promise some exciting games to come.
Amazingly stunning how anyone can keep up with these dates.
