Scottie rescue

Maxwell is a mixed breed but clearly has some Terrier, which is why the New York City shelter called Greater NY/NJ Scottish Terrier Rescue. To the rescue volunteers. he was obviously not even part Scottie but perhaps a Schnauzer/Yorkie mix.
