The property’s claim to fame is that during the Klondike Gold Rush the building was home of the LeSalle House brothel…yes, a bordello popular with the prospectors heading north to find gold. Joining her is New Jersey make-up artist/step-cousin Gia DI Mitri, and together they open The Clip and Sip that combines the best a hair salon can offer with the best liquid concoctions including homemade liqueurs.
