Locally based band Shiver Fox, is so much more than just a local band. These four guys have really put their entire heart and soul into what they have accomplished so far and what they hope to accomplish in the future. Together Trey Tosh, Kyle Baker, Jeremy Luvas, and Noah Babcock have really set out to write music that may not go with the flow of the mainstream, but stays true to the wild nature of true rock ‘n’ roll.

Coming out of Fresno, Fierce Creatures is approaching its second year. Having come together in the summer of 2009, the band is slowly starting to gain a bigger following throughout California and other states. As of right now, the band is planning a two week tour out to Austin, Texas for the South by Southwest Festival that showcases a unique blend of original music.

Stationed in Fresno California, local band Fierce Creatures, released their EP I Mostri Feroci on July 6th of 2010. The release party was set at a small venue in Fresno, where a handful of Fierce Creature’s fans were able to get up close and personal with the band, as well as purchase the album.

Kingsburg’s musical community is a great environment for anyone looking to better themselves through their music. Artists out of Kingsburg definitely have talent and know how to use it. Kingsburg band, This Side of Light, has come a long way from the junior high kids that wanted to be in a band to the young men who now put everything they do into their faith.

Kingsburg has made way for many young musicians in the past, and while many high school bands are typically started in high school one local band, This Side of Light, had their start long before that. What was a simple performance at the very end of a sixth grade talent show, segued into a band that has been writing and performing ever since that first moment on stage.
